"Customer service made me feel like I was begging for help"
I had a problem with my order on fangoria.com and reached out to support a couple of times. it felt like I was just sending emails into a void, because I never got an actual response or any useful help.
I waited a few days and tried to be patient, thinking maybe they were backed up, but after a while it started to feel insulting. I had already paid, and having to keep chasing them just to get basic information made me feel like I was begging for someone to care.
I still think the site itself is cool, which makes it even more disappointing. But the customer service left a bad taste, and I’d have a hard time ordering again unless they seriously improve how they handle support

I’ve been using it for a bit it seems solid. The quality feels good overall, though I keep wondering if I’m maybe being a little too easy on it. Still, so far I don’t really have any complaints.

I ordered from fangoria.com the shipping was way slower than I expected. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the wait was frustrating, and it kind of felt like they could’ve been more on top of getting it out

Fangoria was decent overall. I was able to find the articles I wanted, but because the layout feels a little cluttered, I had to click around more than I expected. The pages loaded fine, so that part wasn’t an issue. It just feels less smooth on mobile because things aren’t as easy to navigate. I’d still use it, but it could definitely be more user-friendly

"The subscription really wasn’t for me"
As someone who likes things to be organized and predictable, this subscription was just frustrating. I signed up expecting it to make life easier, but the delivery problems started piling up, and getting help was way harder than it should’ve been. I emailed support and still felt like I was being brushed off. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle, and I wouldn’t sign up again.

I don’t know, something just feels off lately. The articles seem rushed, and I find myself losing interest quickly. I usually trust my gut with stuff like this, and right now it just doesn’t feel as good as it used to...
